At Apex School, every day is a celebration of our students' growth, curiosity, and potential. However, this year’s 60th National Children’s Day held a special significance as we dedicated the day to recognizing the boundless energy, creativity, and joy that children bring into our world.

The theme of the celebration revolved around the importance of child rights, education, and overall well-being, aligning with the national message of creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive. The event kicked off with an assembly where Principal Deepak Bista highlighted the significance of the day:
"Children are the foundation of our future, and it’s our responsibility to ensure they are provided with the right opportunities to grow, learn, and excel. Today, we celebrate not only their achievements but also their potential to make the world a better place."

The day was packed with fun-filled activities designed to engage students from Montessori to Grade 10. From a creative arts competition to group games and a cultural showcase, students had the opportunity to express themselves, bond with their classmates, and enjoy a break from the routine. The school courtyard was buzzing with excitement as students took part in interactive games, face painting, and a talent show where they showcased their dancing, singing, and acting skills.

A heartfelt speech by Mrs. Rashmi Ghimire Bhattarai, the Primary Coordinator, emphasized the value of education and child empowerment:
"As educators, it is our responsibility to foster not only academic learning but also to instill values of kindness, empathy, and confidence in every child. Today is a reminder to celebrate their uniqueness and to inspire them to dream big."

The celebration also included an awareness session on child rights, where students were educated about their rights to education, protection, and equality. This helped reinforce the values of respect, inclusion, and fairness, which are integral to the learning environment at Apex School.

The event concluded with a prize distribution ceremony, where the winners of various competitions were awarded, and all students received tokens of appreciation. The joy and enthusiasm on the faces of the children truly captured the spirit of the day—one dedicated to honoring their potential, creativity, and bright futures.

At Apex School, we are committed to creating a learning environment where every child is valued and given the opportunity to grow holistically. The 60th National Children’s Day celebration was a joyful reminder of the importance of investing in our children, for they are the true architects of a better tomorrow.

Happy Children’s Day to all the young hearts and bright minds at Apex School!
