Admission and Enrollment Admission to Apex School is subject to the school's admission policies and procedures.All required documentation, including birth certificates, previous academic records, and health forms, must be submitted for a student's admission to be processed.Enrollment is confirmed only after all fees and charges are paid as per the school's fee schedule. Fees and Payments Fees must be paid in accordance with the school's fee schedule.Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the school's fee policy.Failure to pay fees on time may result in the suspension of a student's enrollment until payment is made.All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the school's refund policy. Code of Conduct Students are expected to adhere to the school's code of conduct at all times. This includes respecting teachers, staff, fellow students, and school property.Any form of bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.Parents/guardians are expected to support the school's efforts in maintaining a positive and safe learning environment. Academic Expectations Students must meet the academic standards set by the school. This includes completing assignments, attending classes regularly, and participating in school activities.Academic dishonesty, including cheating and plagiarism, will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action. Attendance Policy Regular attendance is required for all students. Communication Apex School will communicate with parents/guardians primarily through email, the school's website, and official notices sent home with students.Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that the school has their current contact information and for regularly checking communications from the school. Liability Apex School will take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety and well-being of its students. However, the school is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur on school property or during school activities unless caused by the school’s gross negligence.Parents/guardians are responsible for the conduct and actions of their child while on school premises or during school-sponsored activities.
